Gangombo Tuvashintugs won the title of the 9th Shah Cement-AKS Cup Golf Tournament which was held at the Kurmitola Golf Club recently.
Rais Uddin Siddique of Army Golf Club finished runner-up while Fatema Matiur emerged champion in ladies’ event.
Around 671 golfers from different clubs of the country members of Abul Khair Group participated in the grand tournament. High civil and military officials with their spouses attended the event.
Lieutenant General Mizanur Rahman Shameem, BP, OSM, BAM, ndc, psc, Principal Staff Officer of Armed Forces Division gave away prizes as the chief guest gave away prizes to the winners at the Banquet Hall of KGC.
