Rattanon Wannasrichan secured his first Asian Tour win in seven years with a flawless wire-to-wire triumph at the SJM Macao Open, finishing 20-under at Macau Golf & Country Club. The 29-year-old Thai golfer fired a final-round 66, pulling away from compatriot Gunn Charoenkul, who finished two shots behind, and Poosit Supupramai, who placed third.

Rattanon credited his recent form to his girlfriend and caddy, Manuschaya ‘Minnie’ Zeemakorn, saying her support brought balance to his game and life.

“I didn’t think I could win again after struggling in 2019, but I never gave up,” said Rattanon. His victory earned him US$180,000, setting him up for a promising run in the upcoming Thai tournaments.
