Zafar Iqbal Siddique MP won the title of the Friendship Cup Golf Tournament 2018, which was held at the Kurmitola Golf Club (KGC) on January 26, 2018. Brig Gen Salim Akter (Retd) grabbed the runner-up prize.
Other prizes were distributed among Musawath Zaheedee for best gross, Brig Gen M Ahsan Habib (Retd) as the Maximum Par, Brigadier General Abul Fazal Md Sanaullah as the longest drive and Zahirul Islam as the nearest to the pin.
The tournament ended with a colorful concluding ceremony where Chairman the Runner Group, Hafizur Rahman Khan, Major General Mizanur Rahman Khan and Air Vice-Marshal Sanaul Haque distributed prizes among the winners.
The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) director Amzad Hussain was the convener of the tournament.
