2027 Junior Ryder Cup to Take Place at Ballyneety Golf Club
Ryder Cup Europe recently revealed that the 2027 Junior Ryder Cup will be held at Ballyneety Golf Club in Limerick, Ireland. The young male and female golfers from Europe and the United States will play team games like foursomes and fourballs at Ballyneety for the first two days. The event will conclude with single matches at Adare Manor, which is also the venue for the Ryder Cup the following day, making it a grand prelude to the main event.
Ballyneety Golf Club, designed in part by former Ryder Cup Vice-Captain Des Smyth, covers 183 acres of beautiful Irish countryside. The parkland course at the club is renowned for its exceptional quality and views.
Edward Kitson, who oversees the Junior Ryder Cup, praised Ballyneety as a top choice for the tournament. He mentioned that the young golfers would find the course exciting and challenging. He also noted that playing the final matches at Adare Manor would be an incredible opportunity for the juniors, allowing them to experience the atmosphere of a large Ryder Cup crowd.
