2025 Asian Tour Schedule Announced Over $30 Million in Prizes

The Asian Tour has announced its schedule for next season, revealing a busy calendar with 22 golf tournaments. These events will offer a total of over $30 million in prize money, and there are plans to add more tournaments to the schedule.

The tour will span the entire year and will include stops in countries like India and the Philippines. The tour starts with the Philippine Open in January, followed by a new event in India the next week.

The International Series, partnered with LIV Golf, remains a key part of the tour with 10 events. The tour will also revisit New Zealand, Macau, and have tournaments in Korea in May and June.

New destinations will be announced as part of the International Series, which will have events offering at least $2 million each in prize money, with the top event in Saudi Arabia offering $5 million.

Other traditional events returning include the Macau Open, the Shinhan Donghae Open in Korea, and the Saudi Open. National Opens in Indonesia and Malaysia are also expected to return.

Cho Minn Thant, the Commissioner and CEO of the Asian Tour, expressed excitement about the upcoming season, promising regular updates as the schedule develops.

The 2026 Qualifying School’s final stage will occur at the end of 2025. The most recent season concluded with Chile’s Joaquin Niemann winning the final event, and American John Catlin set a new earnings record for a single season on the Asian Tour.
